Job Scope:

The Operation Coordinator is responsible for coordinating tasks with relevant parties, regularly

updating shipment and marine lists, and ensuring adherence to company procedures and rules.

This role also involves maintaining quality systems per ISO/IEC 17025 & ISO/IEC 17020 standards

and proficiently using MS Office and Outlook. The Operation Coordinator should have knowledge

of the oil, gas, and chemicals industry and be comfortable working overseas and with different

time zones.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordination and Reporting

Task Coordination: Coordinate work with relevant parties related to job tasks.

Shipment Updates: Regularly report and update shipment and marine lists.

2. Compliance and Procedures

Procedure Adherence: Maintain high discipline in adhering to company procedures and rules.

Quality Systems: Involve in and maintain the company quality system according to ISO/IEC 17025

& ISO/IEC 17020 standards.

3. Technical Proficiency

Computer Literacy: Proficient use of MS Office and Outlook for daily tasks and reporting.

 

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business Administration majoring in Science, Chemical,

Marketing, or International Trading.

 

Experience:

• Knowledge in the Oil, Gas, and Chemicals industry is preferred.

 

Skills and Abilities:

International Work: Comfortable with working overseas and across different time zones.

Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.

Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the oil, gas, and chemicals industry.

Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
