Sales Coordinator - Business Assurance

Job descriptions;

To provide coordination and support to the sales team, manage database operations, communicate with customers and support teams, prepare summary reports, and collaborate with customer services, coordinators, and operation teams to ensure excellent customer support. 


• High vocational certificate or Higher level in any field related.

• Having more than 2 years' experience in administration work or sales support.

• Microsoft office literacy.

• Possessing of communication skill and marketing skill.

• Intermediate level in English.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support to sales team person.

• Operate and key data in database.

• Communicate or liaise with customer and support team.

• Prepare summary report

• Collaborative work with customer services/coordinator and operation team to support customer
