Training Objective

Basic food hygiene training course has been designed to help anyone who handles, prepares or serves food in the catering industry understand their responsibilities and know what constitutes best practice in regarding to controlling food safety hazards, controlling temperatures, food storage, food preparation, personal hygiene and premises cleaning. 

This course is a basic knowledge and very important for food handler to aware for any operations with food.  Training Contents:

  • Introduction and importance of food hygiene 
  • Food safety factors for clean and safe food 
  • Food Safety Hazard 
  • Food Poisoning 
  • Good hygiene practices
